 Hearts & Hammers - Twin Cities, Inc., a private non-profit organization, serves local communities by organizing volunteers to rehabilitate the homes of homeowners so they may continue living in a home of warmth, security and pride. We rely on a strong pool of volunteers and the financial support of local organizations. Hearts & Hammers is seeking your partnership to continue building the program into a significant community resource.

Parenting With Purpose   Parenting With Purpose is a non-profit organization whose goal is to bring healing and restoration to families broken by the incarceration of a parent through sharing the love of God as well as working with the parents in prison and their families to break the generational cycle of crime and poverty.
